This portal is the product.
So is the next one.

The GymGuyz mailing program used to run on email, WeTransfer, Dropbox, and a database nobody outside the office could see. It runs here now: one link per franchise, live USPS route data, a proof they sign, and a payment that locks the order into production.

What this platform does

Six things a franchise mailing program needs, running in production.

Live carrier-route data

Territory comes from the USPS EDDM service directly: residential and business counts, route polylines on the map, and the demographics behind each route. No spreadsheet of ZIPs, no guessing at a count that changes at CASS time.

Budget optimizer

Give it a dollar cap and it returns two route mixes: the most homes per dollar, and the best demographic fit inside the same budget. The owner picks a plan instead of assembling one route at a time.

Proof and sign-off

Every location gets its own creative with its own offer, phone, expiration, and URL, rendered to a press-ready PDF. Approval is recorded against the exact proof and the exact routes that were on screen.

Pricing the customer cannot bend

Counts and totals are recomputed on the server from the route data, in integer cents. What the franchise sees, what the invoice says, and what production runs are the same number.

Mailing waves with real cutoffs

Friday drop dates, Tuesday 5pm cutoffs, and a countdown in front of the owner the whole way. Miss the cutoff and the order rolls to the next wave on its own instead of landing in someone's inbox.

Two ways to pay, one console

Franchises pay by card or submit for corporate payment. Staff see every location, who has submitted, what is held, and what the drop is worth, in one screen instead of four systems.

The real thing

Screens from the live portal, not a mockup.

What else we build

Built by operators who run the businesses they build for.

Lattice comes out of a family print shop, a paper company, and a golf brand. We know what an operation actually does at 2am, so the software meets the work where it is instead of asking everyone to change how they work.

Client portals

Ordering, approval, and status systems that replace the email, WeTransfer, and spreadsheet scatter around a recurring job.

Lead systems

Research, enrichment, and outreach that put qualified names in front of a sales team, with the sourcing shown rather than claimed.

Workflow automation

Tested scripts, APIs, databases, and scheduled jobs for the repeatable work. Code gives the same answer every run and costs nothing per run.

AI orchestration

Models used only where genuine reasoning is required, matched to task difficulty, with every decision logged and every output validated.

A Discovery is where every system on this page started, including this one. It costs $500 and the full amount credits toward the first build.
